2) Set Up a Free Initial Consultation
We do not charge for this initial consultation. It's a chance for you to get to know us, and for us to determine whether you're the right kind of athlete for us.

3) Prepare for Our Meeting
Download the athlete background questionnaire. Please complete this questionnaire and have it for the initial session. If the client is a child or adolescent, please complete a parent questionnaire for each parent.

That's all there is to it! If you are in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, we will meet with you in person. However, if like many of our clients you are long distance (as long as you live somewhere on earth), we will have our first meeting by phone. If you have access to video conferencing, such as Skype, we can meet that way.
